Description: 

The machine is suitable for capsule and pill polishing, electrostatic eliminate and capsule rejecting, such as get rid of light, vacant, fragment and other separation capsules, all types of capsules are applicable the machine, no changing mould.

JFP-T1, it is a special model for ordinary medicine powder.

Feature:

1.  The capsules are polished between the screen bucket and hair brush. the hair brush adopts

     advanced screw type structure, it is connected with the main shaft by quick clamp, this is very

     convenient for disassembly, assembly and cleaning.

2.  After being polished, the capsules automatically enter the system for rejecting empty capsules,

     after being sieved by airflow, the empty capsules are blown into the other container, acceptable

     capsules enter finished product bucket. Thus, it avoids the contact of human beings

     With the medicine powder, ensures the quality of medicine.

3.  The hair brush is very soft, no scratch the surface of capsule; meanwhile, the hair brush will not

     generate electrostatic charges.

4.  The whole machine was made of 304 and 316 stainless steel, no pollution, meet the GMP 

     standard.

5.  The whole unit is connected by hook-and-loop fasteners, it takes only 1 minute to assemble and

     disassemble the unit without any tool.

6.  The dust collection part is at the bottommost of dust collection though, it is used to thoroughly

     collect the medicine powder.

7.  The unit can be adjusted at high and low directions, and the rotation at right and left directions

     can also be adjusted.

8.  There is two safety switches on the machine, ensure to use safely.

9.  The rotational speed of the motor was controlled by frequency converter.
